    This allows you a worry and hassle-free transition. We will find new owners for the chattel goods and prepare the home for your realtor. Full cleaning of the home and tidying of the yard included as per your or your realtor’s instructions.

    We will find new owners for the chattel goods and leave the house in a swept up condition.

  • Self Service

    We will visit the home and give you advice on the best way for you to proceed with the sale of the chattel goods.

  • Downsizing

    We will visit your home and advise you on what to do with your unneeded items.
