We offer the following downsizing and estate services:

  • Full Service

    This allows you a worry and hassle-free transition. We will buy outright all goods and prepare the home for your realtor. Full cleaning of the home and tidying of the yard included as per your or your realtor’s instructions.

  • Self Service

    We will visit the home and give you advice on the best way for you to proceed with the sale of the chattel goods.

  • Chattel Only Service

    We will buy outright some or all chattel goods depending on your or your realtor’s requirements and leave the house in a swept up condition.

  • Auction

    We will run an online auction for all saleable goods in your home. The general public will not be permitted on the premises except for a 3-hour window at the end of the sale to pick up goods won.
